JCDMan777: Priority ?
MWFREEDOM: I am following-what is your question?
JCDMan777: How do I get the car ?
JCDMan777: with the credit ?
JCDMan777: bad credit ?
MWFREEDOM: If a person doesn't know where the $ are going usually $ is being
wasted!
JCDMan777: What can I do ?
MWFREEDOM: As far as credit and the car Shouldn't be a problem
SWEETB3510: that's very true MW
JCDMan777: How do you figure ?
MWFREEDOM: in today's market of easy credit
MWFREEDOM: Have you tried to buy a car yet?
JCDMan777: even with late and no payments ?
JCDMan777: yes
SWEETB3510: you'll just have a higher interest rate than others JC
MWFREEDOM: Yes-have you tried? And what happened?
SWEETB3510: it happened to me
MWFREEDOM: JCD?
JCDMan777: Since I have never have had a major purchase such as lease or car
or house I would need a co sign
JCDMan777: Also car payments are very high
MWDebtFree: Not if you come up with a big down payment
MWFREEDOM: What city/state are you in?
JCDMan777: NYC
JCDMan777: New york city NY
MWFREEDOM: How many places did you try?
JCDMan777: two
JCDMan777: what about a personal loan for a used car ?
MWFREEDOM: JCD-what exactly is wrong with "broken" car? No personal loans
MWFREEDOM: for this.
JCDMan777: I have put 1500 dollars into the car in the past 4 months
JCDMan777: and there are still problems
JCDMan777: its old !
MWFREEDOM: OK now what does it need?
MWFREEDOM: and HOW old?
JCDMan777: 1983 nissan with 150,000 miles on it
JCDMan777: the electrical system is going
MWFREEDOM: I say find another used car to buy and make do.
MWFREEDOM: til the cards are paid off
JCDMan777: This is what I am trying to do
MWFREEDOM: Make that your reward.
JCDMan777: but.....
MWFREEDOM: ya
JCDMan777: I only have 2500 for a car
JCDMan777: do you think that would do ?
MWDebtFree: Are you going to sell the Nissan?
MWFREEDOM: In NYC do you NEED a car OR WANT one?
JCDMan777: If I can
JCDMan777: I need the car I am in the bronx
MWDebtFree: Or, with a $2500 downpayment it might be better to trade the
Nissan in with that $.
JCDMan777: I also drive to work
JCDMan777: For a used car ?
MWFREEDOM: Have you tried the used car lots that finance?
JCDMan777: Didn't know they had them
MWFREEDOM: maybe on the island.
JCDMan777: what about the bad credit ?
JCDMan777: will they still do it with out a co sign ?
MWFREEDOM: JCD you are on the right track-bad credit is not that big of issue
if they get $ from you.
MWFREEDOM: Does this help?
JCDMan777: any other words of advice ?
MWFREEDOM: Your priority right now is transportation and the credit card pay
off might have to take a
MWFREEDOM: "back seat" so to speak for the sake of your survival.
JCDMan777: Thank you for all your help, you really have been very help full
!!! Thanks again !
MWFREEDOM: OK! Hopefully you are learning a very valuable lesson in life.
MWFREEDOM: Your hosts are MWDebt Free and MWFREEDOM-any questions?
JCDMan777: Yeah not to get in debt with a broken down car ! LOL
JCDMan777: Good night
MWFREEDOM: Or better yet stay out of debt and save $
SWEETB3510: Good night JC
MWFREEDOM: Good night JCD
MWFREEDOM: Hello everybody! What should we discuss tonight?
NJ204you: Im 21 and considering filing a bankrupcy, because I owe more than
30K in cc
MWFREEDOM: OK
MWFREEDOM: How did that happen?
NJ204you: Preaprove cards applications started to come in I would sent them
back and thats how its
NJ204you: started
MWFREEDOM: Or why?
MWDebtFree: Are you still able to make your minimum payments on your cards?
NJ204you: my father left the house about 2 years ago and we where living on
them for a whole year
NJ204you: because I was going to college and only working part time at
McDonalds and my mother was
MWFREEDOM: Employed?
NJ204you: making about the same amount of money I was making
NJ204you: Yes
NJ204you: I'm a paralegal
MWDebtFree: Have you contacted the card companies about holding the interest
and late fees?
MWFREEDOM: With $30,000 in debt what are your monthly min payment total?
NJ204you: my whole income of 422 a week
MWFREEDOM: How do you support yourself then?
NJ204you: I actually keep 20 buck for myself for the whole moth
NJ204you: my mother pays the rent and the food
MWDebtFree: You don't have to do that. Have you contacted the card
companies?
MWFREEDOM: d-can you advise?
NJ204you: yeap but they don't give a dam
MWDebtFree: Some of the people who have posted to our message boards have had
a lot of success
MWFREEDOM: NJ-MWDebtFree has good info for you.
MWDebtFree: in getting card companies to stop charging interest when they get
in a bind.
NJ204you: how?
OnlineHost: Pickle4355 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Instead of calling them, try sending certified mail.
MWFREEDOM: Welcome Pickle.
OnlineHost: Pickle4355 has left the room.
MWDebtFree: Explain your situation and that the only alternative you have is
bankruptcy.
MWDebtFree: That usually gets their attention. Plus mail often gets you past
the "guards."
MWDebtFree: Their collection department is full of minimum wage employees in
little cubicles who receive
OnlineHost: Shelly6178 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: a bonus when they collect money from you.
MWDebtFree: It's in their best interest not to extend a deal to you.
NJ204you: I see thats why they so rude
Shelly6178: I have a question....
MWFREEDOM: Exactly.
MWFREEDOM: Yes Shelly
MWDebtFree: That's why you have to get past them and to the people who have
the power to deal w/you.
MWFREEDOM: ask away.
Shelly6178: Do you guys know where I can find info on how to write up a
proposal for the banks, etc.?
MWDebtFree: NJ - Have you contacted a financial counseling agency like CCCS?
MWFREEDOM: What sort of proposal?
MWFREEDOM: TO do what?
Shelly6178: want to open my own business
OnlineHost: Treasure78 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Hi Treasure!
MWFREEDOM: Hard loan to get these days.
Treasure78: Hi
NJ204you: yeah but they didn't offer a good solution
MWFREEDOM: How much $ are you looking for?
MWDebtFree: Sometimes even CCCS will recommend bankruptcy when a debt gets
that high.
Shelly6178: Is there a book on how to do it anywhere? looking for about
$80K-100
MWFREEDOM: Shelly?
MWDebtFree: Write them a letter and explain that you are not trying to get
out of your obligation, but
MWDebtFree: it's impossible for you to pay the minimums of their card right
now.
MWDebtFree: Ask them to hold the interest and late payment fees and work out
a repayment plan w/you.
MWFREEDOM: Shelly- we can't help you. Do you own a house?
Shelly6178: yes
MWFREEDOM: Maybe take a 2nd on it.
Shelly6178: hmmmm
Shelly6178: You mean you don't know anybody with 100K layin' around that they
don't need? lol
MWFREEDOM: Shelly- I have a very rich friend that owns shopping center and he
had trouble qualifying
MWFREEDOM: for a business loan.
Shelly6178: where is that at? I'm in Florida
MWDebtFree: NJ - Does that help any?
MWFREEDOM: Some of his centers are owned free and clear. California
NJ204you: Yes, thanks that at least give me an Idea of where to head
Shelly6178: wow....depressing
Treasure78: Shelly if you are forced into BK your house is exempt in FL
MWFREEDOM: Good point TREASURE!
MWDebtFree: Let us know how you're doing - check out our message boards for
more advice from
MWDebtFree: others going through the same thing.
NJ204you: thak you
MWFREEDOM: Our pleasure.
MWDebtFree: And feel free to e-mail either MWFREEDOM or I if you have any
more questions.
Shelly6178: I haven't been in the house very long though....
NJ204you: I will
MWFREEDOM: Is the business that promising?
Shelly6178: Just keep playin' FL Lotto, I guess
Shelly6178: FREEDOM...it's a nightclub...so the answer would be ....NO
Shelly6178: LOL
MWFREEDOM: Rough and TOUGH business to be in.
Shelly6178: My husband has been in the "bar business" for about 10
years...thinks he can do it so much
Shelly6178: better than his boss is doing it right now
MWFREEDOM: Find something else that you can make grow with little $.
OnlineHost: Rodaz2 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Hi Rodaz!
MWFREEDOM: It always looks easier-some make it some don't.
OnlineHost: NJ204you has left the room.
MWFREEDOM: Any more questions on Credit Card FREEDOM?
MWFREEDOM: Debt FREEDOM?
Rodaz2: your calculations for the trade-off between investing and paying off
mortgages ignore tax co
OnlineHost: CGNIK has left the room.
Rodaz2: consequences
Shelly6178: We were told to go to a "financial/investment adviser"...and that
maybe they would help
MWFREEDOM: Today I received a credit card that I haven't used and was charged
an annual fee.
MWDebtFree: I'm glad I wasn't around when your received that.
MWFREEDOM: SO I called up the cc company and asked them how to get annual fee
waived.
OnlineHost: Rodaz2 has left the room.
OnlineHost: Shelly6178 has left the room.
MWFREEDOM: There answer was " just by asking".!
MWDebtFree: And the answer was....
MWDebtFree: It isn't one of those cards that will charge you an inactivity
fee is it?
MWFREEDOM: I was ready to exercise ''Walk AWAY POWER" if they didn't.
MWFREEDOM: No. SHELL MASTERCARD=Free Gas
MWDebtFree: Free Gas. Good one.
MWDebtFree: As if $1.50 at the pumps isn't high enough.
MWFREEDOM: Each gallon costs .10 more than other stations.
MWDebtFree: Is that before or after interest?
MWFREEDOM: SO you are "paying" for FREE gas.
MWFREEDOM: BEFORE-You are SSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Silly.
MWFREEDOM: TREASURE-what questions do you have?
MWDebtFree: Say it ain't so. Not those sweet, honest credit card people!
MWFREEDOM: COmments?
MWFREEDOM: Criticisms?
MWDebtFree: Treasure?
Treasure78: Actually, I just tried asking my creditors to freeze my a/c for a
few mos, but they
OnlineHost: AngieHollo has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Hi Angie!
MWFREEDOM: Welcome Angie!
AngieHollo: Hi MW's
Treasure78: turned me down. Just kind of watching for anyone else in my
boat.
OnlineHost: M3hammar has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Hi Hammar!
M3hammar: Hello
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Don't give up after only asking once.
AngieHollo: Hey, MWDebtFree..I learned something interesting about you the
other day from an e-mail
MWFREEDOM: We are discussing CREDIT CARD FREEDOM-any questions?
Treasure78: Two of them cancelled my cards. I wrote settlement offers to
them offering .20 on
MWDebtFree: Oh goodness. I hope it was interesting in a GOOD way.
MWFREEDOM: WHat was that? Please share.
AngieHollo: I am a Dave Ramsey fan...was told you used to work on the
Financial Peace Newsletter
MWDebtFree: Honey, I was the Financial Peace Newsletter. Seriously though,
were you a subscriber?
Treasure78: the dollar (i guess that's a bit low). So I wait again.
AngieHollo: I just joined the club of listeners...but I have the book
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Have you asked them to hold interest and late payment
fees?
MWFREEDOM: What is this DAVE guy all about-Angie?
AngieHollo: I noticed you had a lot of the same advice as I hear on the radio
from Dave
Treasure78: yes but they 2 sent me cancellation letters. the other would let
me make 1/2 minimums, but
MWDebtFree: I created the FP Newsletter and was the editor on it.
AngieHollo: I love the statement the best credit card is one that's cut in
half
MWFREEDOM: Angie- credit card advice is pretty standard information for most
of us who study it.
Treasure78: do not have the money. Husband unemployed for months now. He
just started RE and
Treasure78: hopefully $ will come in again soon.
M3hammar: Can an individual (heavily debt-laden) contact the C.C. Co's to
work out payment schedules
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Did you ask them about no interest and late payment
fees?
MWFREEDOM: yes! m3
M3hammar: with siginificantly lower interest rates or is this a job for the
credit repair men?
Treasure78: Yes. I asked them to freeze all until we could get back on our
feet.
MWFREEDOM: M3 what is your goal/
MWFREEDOM: ?
OnlineHost: BEmory8705 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: Treasure - And that's when they offered 1/2 minimums?
MWDebtFree: Hi BEmory!
BEmory8705: hello
M3hammar: Actually I am a finance student (and debt free) but I am asking for
a friend.....
BEmory8705: Does this group deal with bankrupcy?
Treasure78: The one who offered 1/2 mins. would not freeze interest, etc.
MWFREEDOM: WHich aspect of BK?
AngieHollo: I'd like to know if anyone knows how to get off of ALL those
credit card offer mailing lists
MWDebtFree: When we must, but we try to help people avoid bankruptcy if at
all possible.
BEmory8705: Chapter 7
MWFREEDOM: M3 what is your friends specific question?
MWDebtFree: Angie - Send a letter to Equifax and tell them to remove your
name from cc mailing lists.
MWFREEDOM: OK- filed?
AngieHollo: Its' tooooo much temptation when you're trying to get out of debt
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Was this on the phone or through letters?
BEmory8705: My husband and I just filed last week.
M3hammar: well he is over 50,000 dollars in CC Debt and will paying on these
for the rest of his life.
M3hammar: He wants to pay off everything he owes though
MWDebtFree: Angie - That's how they work and that's why they target
low-income people, college kids,
MWFREEDOM: OK-what is/was the problem causing BK?
MWDebtFree: and high school kids.
Treasure78: Wrote to all, then received answer from 1 telling me to call & I
did
AngieHollo: I know...but I'm not a kid......just another sucker that has
finally wised up
Treasure78: The other 2 just cancelled my cards & told me to call to make
pymt arrangements
M3hammar: It sounds like Treasure is going through this very thing
Treasure78: Prior to this I always have had excellent credit. That's the
thanks you get for giving them
MWFREEDOM: M3- $50,000 in credit card debt?
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Send another letter to the 1st company. Tell them
you've always paid on time,
MWDebtFree: etc. and that you will get too far behind on the payment plan
they offered.
M3hammar: Thats what i was told.....(His and his wifes put together) WOW I
know
MWDebtFree: Request again for them to hold interest and late payment fees.
MWFREEDOM: What do you want to know for your friend?
MWFREEDOM: m3
Treasure78: I just sent settlement offers on Sat. I will wait for their
response. Then next letter
OnlineHost: BEmory8705 has left the room.
MWDebtFree: Don't give up and don't give in. Stay after them.
MWFREEDOM: Information on what?
M3hammar: The process to freeze the interest and get this paid off.....
Treasure78: remind them that I always paid on time.
MWDebtFree: Treasure - have you tried working with CCCS?
MWFREEDOM: Are they having trouble?
Treasure78: Yes. Not enough money to fund plan.
MWDebtFree: That would be good to put in the next letter too. If the card
company learns that CCCS
MWDebtFree: has advised you to file bankruptcy, they will be scared you will.
MWFREEDOM: M3-How did your friends run up $50,000??????????????
Treasure78: I told the one that I called, that I was to CCCS and not enough $
MWDebtFree: Angie - How long have you been following Dave?
MWFREEDOM: Is this all credit cards.?
Treasure78: I'm all credit cards.
M3hammar: they see it they bought it......No college loans to speak of but
possibly some
M3hammar: most of it was consumer debt
Treasure78: I never want to see another credit card for the rest of my life.
MWDebtFree: Treasure -So many people are having trouble paying their credit
card debts right now
AngieHollo: About two months....I live in Nashville so he is local on the
radio
MWDebtFree: that it's hard to get them to listen the first few times you ask
for help.
M3hammar: Seperate Question: Should we carry at least one CC?
MWFREEDOM: M3- Have your friends STOPPED using credit cards?
MWDebtFree: Amen about never wanting to see another credit card again!
MWFREEDOM: Carry?
MWDebtFree: Angie - Have you cut up all your credit cards?
Treasure78: Yes, It's all over the papers & on CNN. Deliquencies are up.
AngieHollo: Yes...........(guilt) all but one
MWFREEDOM: BK's are at an all time high.
MWDebtFree: Treasure - That makes them play a little harder because they
believe if you are squeezed
MWDebtFree: hard enough, you will find a way to pay.
MWFREEDOM: $20,000 is the average cc debt showing up on BK filings.
MWDebtFree: They don't realize most people honestly can't continue to pay
those high fees!
M3hammar: I'm not sure if they have stopped or not.....
AngieHollo: I am presently $22,000 in debt but have cut up the cards and am
closing all accounts
MWDebtFree: Angie - Shame on you. Want to borrow my scissors?
MWFREEDOM: Maybe that is what you should tell them-STOP USING THE CARDS!
MWDebtFree: Angie - Have you made a plan to pay down that debt?
Treasure78: But you can't get blood from a stone. If they would only work
with people, maybe
Treasure78: BK level would not be so high.
M3hammar: Like telling an Alcoholic:Stop Drinking
AngieHollo: Yes.......I am on my way..........I feel alot better about being
able to cut those up
MWDebtFree: Treasure - You're absolutely right. Besides, when people file
bankruptcy, credit cards
AngieHollo: It was like taking my crutch away
MWDebtFree: are the last things to get paid because it's unsecured debt.
MWFREEDOM: Let me ask everybody HOW DID credit cards rope you in?
MWDebtFree: It's in the card companies best interest to work with people if
they ever want to see that
MWDebtFree: money again.
MWFREEDOM: M3 true but enough is enough
MWDebtFree: Angie - I know. It's scary at first. Do you have an emergency
fund in place?
Treasure78: But why aren't they smart enough to realize that?
MWFREEDOM: if they want to solve the problem they have to STOP!
MWDebtFree: We're talking about credit card companies - giant corporations.
AngieHollo: Working on that at the time.............making alot of changes at
once
MWDebtFree: I think the two are mutually exclusive.
MWFREEDOM: BILLION $ profits off of us!
Treasure78: I got roped in by getting 1 credit card, then they sent me more
then they increased my
MWDebtFree: Once you have an emergency fund in place, it won't be as scary to
be without the cards.
Treasure78: line of credit, continuosly.
MWFREEDOM: How did you feel with that first card?
AngieHollo: I have literally confiscated my husbands credit cards from his
wallet :)
MWDebtFree: Treasure - It's like a drug dealer handing out free samples till
you're hooked.
MWFREEDOM: Angie-do you pay the bills in your household?
MWDebtFree: Angie - Hey, we do what we have to. You know how men can be!
AngieHollo: Yes
MWFREEDOM: So you see the BIG picture.
M3hammar: After a safety fund is established is there any good purpose for a
CC?
AngieHollo: It's tough sometimes keeping track
Treasure78: Well, their wrong, but we as consumers need to wise up about this
too. I certainly am now.
MWDebtFree: Hammar - Only to sharpen your scissors.
MWFREEDOM: NO except an emergency.
AngieHollo: How did I feel about that first card...when my husband and I
married, he had one card
M3hammar: so Freedom keeps a CC in case of emergencies?
AngieHollo: I had none
MWFREEDOM: Guitar picks are something to make from cut up cards
MWDebtFree: Treasure - Unfortunately, personal finance is a sorely overlooked
spot in education.
MWFREEDOM: M3- I am in control of my credit card-want to know how?
AngieHollo: so with every department store offer I got, I exercised my
"superior credit rating"
Treasure78: I agree.
M3hammar: Lets see if our techniques match.....
AngieHollo: and now here I am...up to my superior eyeballs
MWDebtFree: On thing Dave says that is so true is that we are made to feel
like second class citizens
MWDebtFree: if we don't own a dozen credit cards.
Treasure78: I think alot of people have to learn the hard way. The hungry
way.
AngieHollo: true
MWFREEDOM: If I must use a card to buy something I make the payment to the
bank the very same day.
MWDebtFree: Ironically, we beg for the abuse.
MWFREEDOM: Payment=amount of purchase.
AngieHollo: but....I am made to feel worse in my own mind when I can't keep
up with the payments
MWDebtFree: And we're ashamed if we're turned down. Like we're not good
enough for them to abuse!
Treasure78: Payment=amount of purchase * 2 or 3 on a credit card!!
MWFREEDOM: 5 more minutes folks.
MWDebtFree: Angie - There's nothing to be ashamed of because you, like the
rest of us, didn't realize
MWFREEDOM: Treasure-please clarify.
AngieHollo: I am doing better though.
MWDebtFree: at the time what you were getting into.
MWDebtFree: The only shame comes from repeating the same mistakes over and
over.
OnlineHost: MrGURU8 has entered the room.
MWFREEDOM: Treasure and M3?
M3hammar: Thats good freedom....I usually pay it off after the bill
arrives....
Treasure78: When some people use a credit card the amount of the purchase is
really double or triple
AngieHollo: I don't know how you feel about Dave's philosophy, but he is like
my lunchtime therapy...
MWDebtFree: Treasure - You're right. And, ironically again, people use their
cards to buy items on sale
AngieHollo: at no charge
MWDebtFree: because they don't want to let a good deal get by.
MWFREEDOM: It is the best technique going-know why?
Treasure78: That was me
AngieHollo: Why
Treasure78: I feel like such I jerk, I was an economics minor too!!!
M3hammar: yes
MWDebtFree: Angie - I totally believe in what Dave says and his financial
philosophy. It's a wake up
MWDebtFree: call.
M3hammar: no I dont know why
MWFREEDOM: Tell me then.
M3hammar: sorry]
OnlineHost: MrGURU8 has left the room.
MWFREEDOM: OK- Because this technique makes you "FEEL" the purchase the very
same day.
MWDebtFree: Treasure - They teach us the big economic picture, but they don't
show us how to break it
OnlineHost: MrGURU8 has entered the room.
MWDebtFree: down into the smaller components of PERSONAL finance.
OnlineHost: MrGURU8 has left the room.
Treasure78: Your are so right.
M3hammar: I have this strange but blessed gift in "feeling" every purchase I
make.
AngieHollo: Listening to him at first time was the first time I have ever
said "what the heck have
Treasure78: Have both of you MW's been in trouble like this?
AngieHollo: I done to myself"
MWFREEDOM: You will "feel" it more if you PAY the SAME DAY!
M3hammar: But I do see how trying to take advantage of the 25-50 day float on
the money could be a
MWFREEDOM: I was til I realized the big picture.
M3hammar: bad thing
MWDebtFree: Treasure - I never owned credit cards and never got into debt
trouble, but I have counseled
MWDebtFree: with many people who have.
OnlineHost: Mrktmas911 has entered the room.
MWFREEDOM: VERRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYY bad-how good ids your memory?
AngieHollo: Is it the general consenus that everyone learns the hard way?
MWDebtFree: It's not because I was smarter than everyone else though. I
thought credit cards were
MWDebtFree: rip offs, but I felt sub-human for not owning any.
Treasure78: MWDebtFree. Your lucky. I'm jealous!!!
M3hammar: not that good
AngieHollo: I want to be like Debt Free
Treasure78: The greatest feeling must be paying for a big ticket item in
CASH.
MWDebtFree: Treasure - You're going to get there too. And you too Angie.
You are on the right
AngieHollo: Out of this hole
MWDebtFree: track now.
MWFREEDOM: Ok- this technique helps your memory remember you spent $. THink
os the psych used with cc
MWFREEDOM: Hand the merchant a cc and they return it to you in seconds.
MWDebtFree: When I started working with Dave, I was surprised that he checked
all of our budgets to
AngieHollo: I Feel like I'm ruining my whole family's future (college
education, etc) by bad judgement
MWDebtFree: see how far in debt we were so he could help his employees get
out of debt.
MWDebtFree: He was very surprised that I didn't have any when I started
working there.
MWFREEDOM: WIth cash you hand over the money and get back what is leftover.
MWFREEDOM: INSTANT FEEDBACK!!!
MWDebtFree: Angie - No, you're saving it by changing your habits. It's the
half empty/half full thing.
Mrktmas911: I like to pay my bills. It is a tangable achievement.
Treasure78: I would like to be able to pay my bills.
MWDebtFree: Mrkt - That's why we recommend paying off the smallest debt first
then rolling that amount
MWDebtFree: into the next largest bill.
MWFREEDOM: The "DOMINO" effect!
MWDebtFree: Right!
AngieHollo: Thanks DebtFree....if I get the nerve to call in, I'll tell Dave
you're also a great Mentor
MWFREEDOM: I t really works.
AngieHollo: I am glad AOL has this service
Treasure78: I'm really glad they have it too. Thanks all.
MWDebtFree: Angie - He loves calls so feel free to call him any time. He'll
love it.
M3hammar: Thanks Freedom for the advice and insight
MWFREEDOM: Where are you located?
AngieHollo: I'll be back.........next Monday night.......
MWDebtFree: Good! We'll look for you then.
AngieHollo: who?
MWDebtFree: How about you Treasure?
MWDebtFree: Will you join us again?
Mrktmas911: Good luck all
OnlineHost: Mrktmas911 has left the room.
MWFREEDOM: Your welcome M3 . THanks for the excellent work out!
MWFREEDOM: You keep me on my toes.
Treasure78: Probably if I have aol time left!!! On checking a/c now - real
$$$
MWDebtFree: LOL!
M3hammar: I know its a struggle just talking to me some times! haha
MWFREEDOM: Come join us next week same time same station.
MWDebtFree: Stop by or e-mail us if you have any questions!
AngieHollo: Thanks MW's ...next week I'll make sure ONE MORE bill is paid off
before Monday
MWDebtFree: Good for you Angie! Keep going!
Treasure78: Good for you Angie
MWFREEDOM: Not that bad but you are tough in a nice way.
MWDebtFree: Good night all!
